Food Security for Everyone
The Haider Foundation is committed to helping individuals find meaningful employment and gain the skills needed to build sustainable futures. What began as a local workforce support initiative in Dearborn, Michigan has now expanded into a nationwide effort, reaching underserved populations in all 50 states and creating pathways to stability, dignity, and independence.
Our employment and skills training programs are designed to address both immediate job placement needs and long-term career development. From resume building and interview coaching to technical certifications and digital literacy workshops, we ensure participants are fully prepared to enter and excel in the workforce. Specialized programs also connect individuals with employers and industries in need of skilled workers.
Beyond training, The Haider Foundation partners with local businesses, trade schools, community organizations, and nonprofits to expand opportunities. These partnerships allow us to multiply our impact — placing more people in jobs, creating mentorship networks, and providing the tools needed for financial security.
At its core, the Employment & Skills Training Program reflects the foundation’s belief in empowerment and opportunity. By combining immediate job support with long-term skill-building, The Haider Foundation is helping individuals secure meaningful work while strengthening families and communities nationwide.
