Marwan Haider


Marwan Haider is the Chairman and CEO of The Haider Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through education, outreach, and compassionate service. Originally from Lebanon, Marwan earned his bachelor’s  degree in business , where he built a successful career as a real estate developer. Despite his professional achievements, he has remained deeply connected to his roots of service and giving back, using his success as a platform to help others.

Under his leadership, The Haider Foundation has become a vital resource for underserved communities across Dearborn and throughout Michigan. The foundation has expanded its efforts to reach families in need across all 50 states, with programs that provide food for the hungry, workforce development opportunities for the unemployed, and mentorship for young people seeking brighter futures.

Beyond charitable giving, the foundation actively organizes fundraising drives, community outreach initiatives, and partnerships with local organizations to ensure direct and lasting impact. From feeding the poor to helping individuals secure meaningful employment, The Haider Foundation continues to embody Marwan’s vision of dignity, opportunity, and hope for all.

His vision for the foundation was born out of a desire to uplift underserved populations and leave a lasting impact rooted in generosity and integrity. Today, The Haider Foundation stands as a testament to his belief that true leadership is measured not only by success but also by service to others.

This foundation represents a second chance, not just for the communities we serve, but for myself as a leader committed to doing better and being better. My name is Marwan Haider, and I’m proud to lead a mission focused on impact, inclusion, and service.”

That’s why The Haider Foundation offers scholarships and financial aid programs to help deserving students pursue higher education without the burden of overwhelming costs. We believe learning goes beyond the classroom. Our mentorship programs pair young people with experienced professionals and community leaders who can guide, encourage, and inspire them. Many young people face challenges outside of school that affect their learning.
